• Built Credgenics' design system from scratch — component library, design tokens, and interaction patterns —
establishing a scalable single source of truth across the platform.
Designed end-to-end UX for core collections workflows: borrower segmentation, omnichannel campaign builder, agent allocation, and litigation management.
Translated complex, multi-step debt recovery journeys into guided task flows, reducing cognitive load for tele-calling.
Drove design-to-dev handoff quality through red-lining, design QA, and edge-case reviews — ensuring pixel-accurate.
